Brown Sweater Dress with Knee High Boots | Style 1

I like a good sweater dress that is appropriate both for work and for going out or even to church.  I recently found this sweater dress at Target for under $30, that you my ladies are going to L-O-V-E.  It comes in 4 different colors but I only bought two.  Will be featuring the other color to continue this series of styling a sweater dress soon here.

For a body type like mine, meaning not skinny, this sweater dress feels very comfortable.  It does not stick to my butt at all, like other sweater dresses.  The length and the neckline, eventhough it is a V-neck, is appropriate for work and church.  One of the things that made me feel good when I bought this sweater dress was that I picked XS size, (which doesn’t happen at all anymore after giving birth to my kids 😂), because of its loose fitting  So when you buy it, you might want to size down or two.

For just a fall weather (not freezing cold), you can just add a slim belt, mine here is a leopard belt.  Belts kind of accentuate your waist, it gives that illusion of a a smaller waistline.  Then I am wearing a knee-high camel boots and a long necklace.

Hope you enjoyed today’s post, XO.

Another Sweater for this Cold Weather

Wearing sweaters like this has been my uniform lately.  I love how soft this one is and actually I have 3 colors of this same sweater.  That’s how I love this!  I got this at Charlotte Russe but since Like to Know it is not collaborating with Charlotte Russe, I can’t link the exact product here.   But you can definitely go or go to their website to their store and get yours.

I will be linking some similar items for your convenience right at the end of this post.

Outfit Inspiration | Blush Puffer Vest and Grays

Hello ladies! I hope you found something you like on my Spring Favorites | Dresses Edition and also scored some deals and got something you like on my list of High/Low Favorites | Floral Dress Edition.

Fall weather style is very open, you can wear puffer vest too if you want.  Let’s talk again about how I am blushing with blush these days.  Blush puffer vest – yes, why not?

I bought this puffer vest on the Jan 1st sale at Dillards.  My sister and I started this tradition, where we always go every 1st of January at Dillards to go shopping.  I tell you what, they really have some good deals on that day!

I am wearing a gray sweater, skinny jeans and gray booties in this outfit inspiration.  What I love about this outfit is that it doesn’t look or feel heavy but it was definitely warm enough to go out to work.  The brown booties is also very comfortable when driving and walking.

The outfit pieces are very basic but to make it pop out is to add accessories such as, statement necklace, watch with bracelet layers and a mirrored aviator sunglasses.

I hope you find today’s post inspiring.  If you have some questions or suggestions as to what you want me to wear on my next outfit inspiration post, leave a comment below.

    Extra Soft Sweater

With fall, the need to wear a sweater is a must, some sweaters are itchy.  This v-neck chenille sweater from Charlotte Russe is the softest sweater I’ve owned so far.  It features a v-neckline and relaxed fit.  It is extra soft that it feels like you’re wearing blanket on you.  I layered this with my all black outift when I went to work.  You can also layer this over to a dress and you should feel warm enough.
